Resident Manager, CAM

Resident Building Manager since December, 2004, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on ability to Le Ciel. Former founder/owner of Chieffo Frozen Foods, Nick has a superb mechanical background and a "get it done" attitude.

Don Hutchinson

Maintenance

Don Hutchinson and Doug Schlussler

Don Hutchinson has been on the maintenance team since February of 2005. He has excellent electrical and plumbing skills and handles all of the building's maintenance issues with ease.

Doug Schlussle started in early June following the resignation of Rob Bonilla. Prior to joining the Le Ciel team, Doug worked for Crystal Blue Pools. He is very knowledgeable about pool maintenance and is quite handy. Doug hails from Minnesota and has a wonderful sense of humor.

Carmen and Azabeli have been with the building for almost 10 years. They do excellent work and are very loyal employees.

Please meet our newest member of our team - Mike Thome. (Pictured above)
Mike joined us in February, 2009. Mike served as a police officer in Cleveland for 26 years and he brings Le Ciel Venetian Tower a great deal of experience and a dynamic personality to the position. When you have a moment, stop by at the front desk and welcome him aboard.

Suzanne Adams and Gary Rossio (not pictured) are also on our team!

We have an excellent team of people staffing the front desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to be of service to all our residents and their guests.
